Tom Jaworski was elected an Alachua County Judge on  August 31, 2004.

Judge Tom Jaworski  has presided in both the civil and criminal divisions of the Alachua County Court since he became a judge in 2005.  He has personally presided as a County Court Judge in thousands of cases.  On January 28, 2010 Judge Tom Jaworski was appointed Administrative Judge of the Alachua County Court by the Chief Judge, Eighth Judicial Circuit, State of Florida.

Judge Tom Jaworski has served the citizens of Alachua County with honor and distinction since 2005.  He has earned a reputation of being a fair and impartial Judge.  His proven judicial experience since 2005 in both civil and criminal matters makes him the most qualified candidate to serve the citizens of Alachua County as the Group 5 Alachua County Court Judge.
